Unfortunately, we are not able to change an existing order once it has already been placed. This to ensure that we avoid any order mistakes and to implement a more efficient system. We receive hundreds of orders, especially orders that include custom branding, per day and we don’t want to risk the possibility of human error from our shipping department. We use the reference numbers as an organizational method to make sure everyone’s orders receive the correct branding.
