After 30 days with no website hosting payments, we will have to, unfortunately, take down your website. You will receive weekly reminder emails regarding your hosting fee payments, until you respond with what you plan to do about payment and your website.
If you have custom branding material stored with us, you can request to have it sent back to you OR it will be disposed from our warehouse, AFTER SEVEN DAYS of receiving the first reminder email, if you do not respond with how you would like to proceed.
In order for us to continue to keep your website live, these payments need to be made within the next 30 days. Your website will be placed on a temporary hold until these payments are made or until the 30 day time span is up. This is because it’s costing us more money to continue to host your website if there are no monthly payments on your end.
If you would like to find out how many monthly payments you owe, please let us know so that we can send you an invoice to make your payment.
If you would prefer for us to go ahead and delete your membership and website, then please advise us to do so.
IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE FROM YOU ON HOW TO PROCEED, YOUR WEBSITE WILL BE DELETED AFTER 30 DAYS
YOU MUST ALSO INFORM US OF THE DATE AS TO WHEN YOU WILL BE PAYING THE INVOICE ONCE YOU REQUEST FOR IT TO BE SENT TO YOU. OTHERWISE, YOU ARE AT RISK OF HAVING YOUR WEBSITE AND MEMBERSHIP DELETED ON THE DATE IT IS SCHEDULED TO BE DELETED AFTER THE 30 DAY TIME SPAN.
